Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item. Please follow the conditions below:

Report any issues with the product within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with the invoice and labels.

To prevent damage during transit, we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked service.

If the item was sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.



Refunds & Exchanges:


Standard refunds may take 3–5 working days depending on your bank.

For faster processing, you may opt for a discount code equivalent to the purchase amount, which will be issued the same day.

For exchanges (e.g., size or color), the item must first be returned and approved before the replacement is sent.
